Everything in our world has a vibration with a level of frequencies, ranging from extremely low levels to extremely high. Our emotions carry a frequency, and love, gratitude, and joy carry a very high frequency. All the positive desires we wish for, like harmonious relationships, good health, and abundance, vibrate at a very high level.

The less desirable aspects of life operate at a very low level. Emotions like fear, anger, and other heavy feelings, can lower our frequency.

We, as energy beings, have personal authority to influence our well-being, healing, and experiences in life.

If our goal is to attain only the best life offers, we first need to match our thoughts to the higher frequencies.

Where we put our attention and energy is where we achieve the results we desire.

Taking time to be aware of our thoughts and emotions will help us know where to work and raise our vibrational level.

 While we cannot continually stay elevated, it’s essential to be mindful of our thoughts and how we react to them to enjoy a better and higher vibrational life.

1. Love and compassion to raise our vibration

Love and compassion are the emotions we get to give, receive and experience. Along with acceptance and tolerance, we choose to integrate how we feel, think and act into our daily living.

Suppose our choice is to raise our vibration, not only for us as individuals but also for humanity.

Here is the first place to begin.

2. Be consistently grateful

Gratitude is one of the highest ways to raise and feel your higher energy.  When we live our lives through the expression of gratitude, we experience more joy.

We have learned from experts in all areas of life the many emotional, health, and spiritual benefits.

One of the easiest ways to get yourself into a high vibrational state is to make the spiritual  practice of gratitude a part of your daily routine.

Being grateful for the way people in your life care for you or about you is a conscious way to appreciate how they impact your life.

It may be synchronistic events or circumstances you take note of that make you feel suddenly grateful for something as simple as a good night’s sleep. Or the checkout line at the grocery store is short, and a cashier opened a lane just as you stepped onto a long line beforehand. While you may recognize the benefit, expressing gratitude intentionally to the cashier positively impacts you both.

Gratitude also motivates us to give more from our hearts to others. It creates more happiness and has a positive effect on our frequency and level of vibration.

It’s often the simplest actions that can spark a feeling of gratitude within us. Writing in a gratitude journal consistently will make you more aware of how much there is to be thankful for, not only during certain seasons but also in every day we live.

When you wake in the morning, add to your previous list from the day before. Or, it might be more satisfying to tell yourself that you will be on the lookout for all the good that comes your way during the upcoming day.

In a world where it may seem more challenging to stay positive each day, doing so has a cumulative effect and enhances our lives. By showing gratitude, we elevate our vibrational frequency attracting positive and uplifting experiences into our lives.

3. Find Joy

Gratitude and joy go hand in hand. What lights you up? When do you realize when you are in the “zone” or that place where you completely forget about time?

When time stands still, and you forget about your “to-do” list and stop dwelling on how you will never be able to get it all done- whatever that may mean for you.

Being in the zone, or the flow, naturally puts you in an elevated vibrational state.

For some, it might be weeding a garden bed or creating art with a profound sense of working with the hands, feeling confident and very much aligned to the project.

For others, it’s the enjoyment when writing a poem, playing an instrument, running, or having fun with the kids or the pets. While it’s different for everyone, one thing is the same: people experiencing this type of joy are fully engaged and not distracted, and no worry or to-do list is running through their minds.

They are feeling with their hearts and not thinking with their mind. Time stands still, and they feel very much alive.
